No, it tells you it mostly varies blow time, not blow temp.

I've been wanting to take the car seat I ripped out of my car and make a frame for it so I can put it inside.

It looks like you've just crammed an engine block inside of an existing, functioning coffee table.

Why don't you just use a power inverter? Solar panels aren't going to have enough power to do anything but charge batteries, and they'll do it slowly unless you have a lot.

Goddammit. It doesn't say anything about that on the packaging, and I didn't even notice that plastic bit until I had already opened it. Oh well. Thanks.

Shit guys, I done goofed.

Riding high on the success of flawlessly replacing a toilet fill valve, I tried to replace a tub spout. The old one was stuck in the shower position.

I installed it exactly like how the instructions say, and it works fine... until I pull up the handle. Then all the water comes out of that plastic part behind the actual nozzle, and only a little bit out of the shower (but not at a high enough pressure). What did I do wrong? Or did I buy the wrong thing?

Look guys, I calculated it online, but i don't know if it's correct, it says I need 1.8a to feed it, so I will get a 2a transformer.

>> No.570582 [View]

>>570575
Ok, then I'll use a 12v 2a transformer, i guess, the problem is if I lack amperage, because i'll risk on burning the transformer.

Thank you, I think I found something, my country's internet is sub-african tier, so it will take some time before I can make a decent investigation.

Hi /diy/ I need help with a technichal detail in my project.
I'm trying to make a hot wire foam cutter, like pic related, I live in argentina, so the output in my house is 220 volts, I need a transformer, I'm trying to use a 50cm long and 0.3mm diameter nichrome wire, but I don't know what would be the voltage and amperage the transformer should have, and also, does nichrome wire act as a resistance or should I add one to the circuit?

Thank you.

That's not necessarily true. I used to own a 1982 Mustang with an inline 6. Nothing real special, slow, under powered, ugly. It got totaled one night, sometalented /diy/erhit head on into the front. My step brother accidentally said it was a GT version, bigger 5.0 motor fast popular etc. They ended up giving him $2500 for the whole car. Even a GT in the same condition wouldn't have been worth 2500.

OP I am also on the look out for a bug. I grew up watching Herbie and fell in love with them. Their engines may only pull about 50 hp an no overdrive for the freeway but their a classic. If you can find one in fairly good shape for cheap and start a resto project, it will definitely keep you occupied and happy. Their awesome cars.

Next i have a fog machine that i got last year, it sits under my deck and spews fog through the steps. Looks ok. To cap it off, i like to take the bottom of a soda can and fill it with 91% rubbing alcohol, then i put it in a pumpkin in place of a candle. the air flows in through the open face and out through the top causing the flames to kick up. It looks great. The kids all find it fascinating. Lastly me and my little brother are going to make some homemade crosses out of some wood pallet pieces and nailing the together.

What about you guys?

So /diy/ What are you guys planning for Halloween decor? Since i am in charge at my home i decided to try new things, and use the same things as last year. First off, i have 2 Tiki torches so i figured putting a skull on there would be pretty cool.
