how can one provide peer reviewed scientific blablalba?
the only doctors who have studies this have written books about it and then there are the patients that say they improved their eyesight.
read their books, look for feedback from someone who has tried.
i dont think there is any peer reviewed scientific research as big pharma wants you stay with bad eyesight and wear glasses.
