Have you tried looking up amplifier design? Do that first, then ask specific questions once you understand what you're trying to do.

The 386 audio amplifier is one of your best bets, good quality audio sound, simple to implement and powerful enough to drive up to a small 8 ohm speaker. Better than any dodgy transistor based preamp.
