So a buddy of mine wants to purchase several acres of land in the so cal region raging between the IE county and the OC county to make an airsoft field/already made warehouse. He has several ideas over what exactly has to happen when it comes to the actual building of the field, building, building maintenance, etc.

the post is intended more for people who have building experience in the area.

I know we will need several things such as building permits an actual business permit(because he does want to actually get revenue)

you'd have to look up your local building codes, but keeping to code is not enough because you'll also have to deal with thigns like zoning and more importantly, insurance.

if someone falls through the roof and dies, even if they signed a waiver, you can get yourself in a tonne of trouble
