I need to get my hands on a powerful listening device that can pick up chatter through walls. What is available for me? My budget is $5000.

Do things like picture related pick up sound through walls? Anyone have any advice for me?

Here's what you should do to solve your problem:
1. Not purchase eavesdropping equipment
2. Get a life, so you don't feel the need to eavesdrop on people's private lives
