so /diy/, gettin my first air compressor. the one i'm getting is a 135 psi compressor but i need to seperately get a hose. would a 250 psi hose work good with a 135 psi compressor?

Those 250 psi are the rating. The hose should work fine at a lower pressure like 135 psi.

yea, it will work.
(in the USAland) there is 3/8" hose and 1/2" hose at typical hardware stores.
if you get threaded fittings or the snap-connector fittings, those come in different sizes also.
you need fittings for each end of the hose, and if you decide to run quick-connect fittings then you will need fittings for every tool also.
Simplify your life and stick to one size of hose+fitting, if possible.
the 3/8" hose + 1/4-inch fitting size is plenty big enough for 99% of home/hobbyist air tools.

Also what other guy said....... /diy/ moves pretty slow. threads can easily hang around a week or more..... 15 minutes isn't long enough to bump here, check back in 6-12 hours.
