you can drill them wet, but you gotta set up a cutting fluid that doesn't eat the plastic.. or the cast iron press table

Actually you can buy bits for plastic without so much relief so they don't bite and shatter it. Some guys can just do it by eye on a bench grinder but that's not either of us... without a whole lot of time, anyway.

a dull bit drills plastic better then a sharp one. it doesn't try to force as much material away and helps prevent cracking
