First of all, I must inform you that I,m making medicine. Now that this is clear, let me present to you my problem.
I'm going to make marijuana oil from buds for my sick father. The problem is, I don't know which solven to use and I was hoping that someone here had experience with making of this medicine.

Anything oil based. cooking oil, butter, things like that. Then just cook with it. Brownies or whatever.

Making edibles(cooking) or concentrates(like hash?)

If your making concentrates, you either use isopropyl called isohash or butane(more complex) called butane honey oil. If your making edibles use olive oil, butter, high proof alcohol (search up green dragon, like 150 proof needed), or coconut oil (best out of oil). Basically anything high in fat. Good luck.

and if you want to follow this, the weed should be broken up and put into oven for 30 at 200 degrees Fahrenheit to decarb it. its ready when it starts turning brownish(not burning). the weed should then be broken up to a fine consistency prior to having oils extracted
