Can you fix this?

Hey /diy/, a year ago my grandparents passed away and left my dad this house. We don't really want to sell it but we can barley live in it. All the bedrooms are arranged in the most retarded way as possible. To access to the bathroom, everyone has to pass through my room and I had it with that.

I came to you guys in desperate help because we need a renovation.

Well, if you're best option is cutting your bedroom down and making a hallway straight into the bathroom. There's not really a good way to do this without extensive renovation or cutting your room size down. That layout is absolute shit. What is your budget to do this?
