Need some help, been building an effects pedal and I'm getting nowhere, I thought I destroyed it the first time so I replaced all the capacitors but now I'm still getting nothing when I plug it in.
I get some power because the LED lights up when plugged in but that's about it.

Check that jack on the right side of the picture, it looks like the black and red wires could be shorting each other. Out of curiosity, what happens when you try to run it off of a 9v battery instead of the wall?

Nah they're fine.
Not sure I don't have a 9V battery, I'll go to the store and get one to see if there's a difference but I doubt it.
I have a multimeter but not 100% sure on what I'm doing.

Alright tested it with a 9v and I didn't even get LED light on.
