Greetings gents.

I have an issue. I have an old lawnmower which works fine. However, the catcher is shit, all the metal parts are rusted and disintegrating so it keeps falling off. Does anyone have an idea of how I can either fix it. Or DIY up a new one that stays in place.

Thanks!

Just leave your clippings on the lawn, it's better that way.

That's what I have been doing, It's piling up so much I think it's killing the grass beneath.

I don't have access to a welder.

Well time to rip out the duck tape.

This might have to do. I think the problem is the angle of the piece of the catcher is too high, grass gets under it and pushes it off.

I could attach something to something but I'm not sure it will work.
