There is no muscle to train to restore your eye. The muscle controlling your lens only goes one way. Just relaxing it is all the exercise your eye can get. Near and farsightedness are caused by deformed eyes your lens works like it always did but your eye is too elliptical

how can one provide peer reviewed scientific blablalba?
the only doctors who have studies this have written books about it and then there are the patients that say they improved their eyesight.
read their books, look for feedback from someone who has tried.
i dont think there is any peer reviewed scientific research as big pharma wants you stay with bad eyesight and wear glasses.
so...this is it, if you dont believe me, dont read the book, its up to you.
it wont hurt me and the others, i am fixing my eyesight.

Its surprisingly easy to run a clinical trial, if you have some basis in legitimate fact, and a researcher willing to put themselves on the line for it. If your treatment really worked, you'd be pushing for a clinical trial as hard as you possibly could, because a scientific study confirming your results would revolutionise western medicine. You really should try and educate yourself on the process, especially if you're going to bitch and moan about how 'the system' works. Its not hard to find out the specifics of the funding process from an educational institute or publicly funded research lab. there are many different ways to approach it. A lot of research institutes get tax relief or exemption btw.

Forget it man, you obviously have no interest in taking your treatment into the realms of respectable, legitimate science. You just want to make excuses for why it hasn't been properly researched. Thats pretty selfish, if it really works. Think about all the people you could help if you had provable results and this went mainstream.
