hey /diy/ i come to you seeking advice. Recently i brought a new blanket for $150 (most comfiest thing in the fucking world) but every morning now i wake up with chaffed red nuts. i think it has something to do with the underwear I'm wearing but whatever.

I've recently read that ground pepper, lemon, tea and japeno mixed together create a paste that stops the red chaffing. So far Ive used it for three days now and the red chaffing has gone away but it always stings like fucking shit!

So what can i add to this to take out the stinging?

Before bed, apply a salve available at most stores (I get it at Walmart).

It's called Mineral Ice. It's a thick, blue gel kinda stuff. It's very cooling. I use it on my elbows in the winter, keeps them from getting rubbed raw against flannel bedsheets.

Why do you wear underwear in bed?

You all have some womanly skin if you're getting chafed from blankets.

Seconding this. I don't understand, are you guys just rubbing yourselves repeatedly against the blankets until it creates a friction burn or what?

It's probably unrelated to the blanket as other parts of your body would be affected too. The only sensitive skin on your body isn't your nuts.
