I was looking at certain components that could be bought online, and I found out that they are either: Too expensive, and have too many features - or are have too little features, and the cost of shipping itself made it expensive.

So I was wondering if anyone has created an electronic component box, full of all types of electrical components - LEDs, transistors, etc Which were salvaged from old electronics.

see

You can also use a regular box and fill it with pill bottles full of components. In both ways it is good to write the name of or glue one of the components to the top for easy identification.

I store significant part of my components in marked and sorted little (antistatic) plastic bags.
Resistors and capacitors are in small boxes, though.
You could consider some fishing lure boxes. They're cheap.

Or, since this is /diy/, you could make a component drawer from veneer.
