excuse me, let me try again.
Go to the park and start with the basics on a nice level grassy area. learn how to fall properly, so you can avoid injuries.
If your in good shape then the biggest thing holding you back will be fear.

Find a gymnasium with a foam pit.

>anyone can do flips if he's not a lardass
>the only thing keeping you from doing it is your mind

>> No.283597

I learned it with 2 old mattresses and a table. That way you cant possibly hurt yourselves, as long as you keep in mind to jump backwards. Or you might land on the table and that's not so much fun.

Any help please ??

I second the grass idea...

Mattresses are bouncy and have hard, sharp, metal springs in them.

How is grass a substitute for a gym mat ?

>> No.283781

I learned on a gym mat. 5 years of that still permanently fucked up my neck, and made me lose 2" of height.

>> No.283785

really all a gym matt is is losed ell foam of a certain thickness you could probably buy a roll of it from somewhere and put it together with glue or tape.
but the resaon i suggested grass is you you take it slower and don't hurt yourself...
although failing that you could joing a gymnatstis gym
