Pretty sure it’s all prefab concrete panel underneath, reinforced, sealed and insulated, AAA+ thermal efficiency, made to look like an old fisherman’s house (these are built on land that used to be a lake, it’s called waterland style to an historic town nearby). The wood panels are also pre fab probably.
