I need a flow fitting/valve for a 14.9cu ft (420 litre) helium tank. The gas flow needs to be approximately 15 litres/min. I also need a compatible plastic hose and a gauge. Any ideas on what brands they are sold under? I'm having a hard time finding anything on Home Depot's website.

i'd put a standard regulator on it and adjust the psi until it fills a one gallon freezer bag in 15 seconds. filling some balloons or is this an exit strategy?

Get a regulator gauge that uses CFM instead of PSI (a lot of CO2 gauges use that). 1 CFM is 0.47 litres per second, and all you need to do then is adjust the gauge.

After some searching I was able to find these materials which may or may not work. However, I took your suggestions and found a regular with a maximum psi of 200, which incidentally is the same working pressure as the adapter I chose. However, it's rather expensive and I'd rather go for the cheap alternative. Can you tell me if this adapter will work?
