I had this happen once.
Ophthalmologist office charged about $160 and it would've been like 5x that had I gone to a urgent care, and I shudder to think what it would've cost at the hospital ER.

It's really super important to get it out ASAP, they told me that rust is toxic to the eyeball.

Go to an ophthalmologist, you're eyes are too important to fuck around.

OP here, went to the doc and gave me some meds and recommended me to go see a specialist. When I arrived home I passed a magnet and felt a bit of pain and now it doesn't bother me, will keep passing a magnet along my eye and go to the specialist.

Lot of time you can just tear off a matchstick and use the end to stick to the metal. If that fails in my experience it works it's own way out. One time it didn't.
