OP, this really isn't the right board.

But really any step forward would be good for you. Study some math, go for a walk, pick up a hobby, whatever. There's nothing wrong with someone who's afraid of girls, or can't do math, or is out of shape, or whatever. There IS something wrong with someone who won't change themselves.
