Even some US cities have had riots where tear gas is used. If you are hiding in your apartment, the street is full of tear gas, the electric has been off for days because of rioting, and your windows were open when the gas went off, you'll want something you can use to filter that shit.

in order to rapidly get changed, lean forward and reach behind you (over the shoulders) with both hands, pinch and hold your shirt for a while and extend your arms forward.
put your legs together at the side of your bed and pull your pants down while sitting/leaning back to get the bottom of your legs out.

if done correctly, this will mean you have your pants and shirt facing open side up next to each other on the floor.

to change into any clothes like this put your arms or legs into them and reverse the process.
it takes me about 9 seconds to change clothes if I am not wearing a belt.

Cremora isn't all that flammable. It is when it is suspended in the air as a fine dust that makes it explosive. The same happens with any extremely fine powered dust hanging in the air in sufficient quantity. You can also use a 50/50 mix of corn starch and white flour if you don't have the creamer.
