I'm trying to make a Slenderman costume for Halloween. What materials would I use to make the tentacles on the back? I'm thinking painted pool noodles over thick armature wire, would that suffice? How thick should the wire be?

make wind sock like tubes that taper and have a pc fan that can do dc input go at top speed. a laptop turbine should do the trick for 1 so multiply by the number. scare the fuck out of some kids
