Looks like the RT series, probably from the first quarter of 2022, the smaller middle left leg was a common issue with that batch. See if you can flip it over and find the date of the injection molded exterior, it's a fairly small stamp.

That's a West German Striped Sentinel. If you leave food out for him, he'll do fine as they are pretty hardy. You don't have to get him a cage, they like to roam free, especially in dark, confined areas. They like sugary foods and sodas, and are pretty self-sufficient so long as they have ready access to food.
