Hello. I would like to ask the programmers for help. In General: I plan to create my own neural network, like Siri. That is, one that can answer questions and with whom you can talk. My neural network will be designed for PC. I plan to use C++ for coding. If there are programmers here, please respond.

hello good sir i respond

All data scientists are used to python language. It’s much simpler than C++. They also use Jupityr Notebook to collaborate deep learning.

Bitch, if you did 5 seconds of googling you would know there are home voice assistants that already exist and can be deployed entirely locally.

programmer here, yes?\

Why use C++? Shit is old news

Anon isn't a programmer he's a zealot. There are plenty of reasons to use and not use C++ but not that it's because it's "old news."

Good fucking god anon, why would you tell anyone to go to that consumershit trannie obsessed wasteland?

Programmer here. No one uses c++ directly for neural nets. Learn python, W3 schools has a decent free interactive course, then learn the basics of machine learning, Andrew Ng has a good course on Coursera, then make a text chatbot (there is at least one decent free machine learning based framework for python I can’t recall the name though) , then look at using neural networks for speech processing and tts, never tried these last two before as I’m more into the computer vision side now.

I can tell by the way you wrote this you will never have a chance at actually building an nlp neural network in c++

All of the libraries that python uses for neural nets like tensorflow are implemented in C lol python is actually dogshit slow

Which is why I said no one uses c directly, rather than no one uses c.

If he wants to make yet another ml library then sure, c is useful, but for doing what he wants to do there is no point in learning c/c++

And honestly it would be counterproductive as it sounds like he’s starting from scratch. The path I laid out will probably take a minimum of a year and a half for someone who really applies themselves to it and has some natural aptitude. Learning to write decent c instead of decent python will add to that, and learning about machine learning in c where there aren’t nearly as many good resources and none that I know of geared towards a beginner will add even more time.
