So whats stopping me from making a small demolition company?

>buy sledge hammer, dexpan, saws, grinder, crowbars, hammer drill, wheelbarrow
>rent jackhammer and other large equipment
>pay someone to haul away the debris
>keep scrap metal extra cash
>call contractors or electricians if there is shit like live wires that need work on
