Name all the pain points around buying a cheap piece of land in the middle of nowhere and pimping it out to the point of realistically and reliably living there year-round. In North America

1. You have to be intelligent and resourceful, which clearly excludes you.
2. You might have difficulty getting enough fresh water.
3. You might have difficulty getting enough food of sufficient variety to maintain your health.
4. You might not have internet or electrical power.
5. You might have trouble staying warm and dry in the winter.
6. You might have trouble staying cool in the winter.
7. You might have little or no access to medical care.

Copy how people who already live there do what they do. Study how industrial and military humans deploy to and operate in austere environments. Everything industrial and military is beautiful and worth copying. Everything else is an inferior way to attempt such things for less money.

If you have to ask 4chan you're not close to ready. You should be extremecore DIY and already able and equipped to fix everything you own from vehicle to home to tools, well pumps, septic etc. You should be or become a beast. You should be utterly insensitive so nothing bothers you and you can savor challenge.
