pic unrelated.
I have a 16-17 square roof that has like 3 seperate sections. I need to replace it sooner or later. I want to DIY this but I want to know how doable this is or if I am better of hiring a roofer.

Asphalt roofing is brainless work, it's just very physically demanding and dangerous because of the heights involved. Just make sure you read up on proper flashing techniques.

What do I do here?

you can pull it off but a couple of points to consider, contracting a waste bin and disposal costs, get quote, 1 or 2 story? gotta not fall off, loading a 2 story roof with new shingles, paper, drip edge will be likely more physical than you can handle.. what money you save by diy is likely worth it to let a pro do it plus you'll get warranty on install.. manufacturer might balk on material warranty as your not "in the biz"

Depends how steep it is. If it's pretty flat then go for it

Very true. I watched this vid

And said fuck it I don’t have time or patience to be so precise with everything
Just hire someone

Pull the nails carefully without fucking up the flashing. Flat prybar. But with all these questions you should hire someone. Unless this house has zero valleys then fuck it give it a whirl. Just make sure your seams are minimum 4 inches apart and that you don't nail above the nail line and you sink the nails at the correct depth

Mad you paid a fuckload for a roof when you could have installed asphalt shingles that would have lasted over 30 years which in that time you do it one more time. Still cheaper than tile. And you'll be dead by then.
