I’m really interested in what you fellas think about Safety Officers/Techs/OHS Reps Etc. Fuck I mean my trade isn’t the most respected already so I am wondering if I’m gonna be in over my head dealing with crews from all over site. Going into oil and gas if that helps. How will I be treated and most importantly how can I make sure my job sites are safe without being an absolute cunt.

Yeah thanks for the replies. I’m really expecting the worst, but it doesn’t really matter I’ll be making good money and hopefully I can save my future company some money while keeping everyone as safe as I can.
