Im painting concrete angels and stuff that I make, but the sealer I use isnt working the best, leaving blotches and discoloration on my paint jobs after the weather turns cold at night, or we get a rain. Is there a spray on sealer that would leave my paint finish perfect? What am I doing wrong

Maybe too humid for good curing. Are you putting it on right?

I leave it in the basement overnight after I seal them. These white blotches happen after left out in the rain or cold weather, after a few hours.

How many coats? Did you prep and prime the surface?

Perhaps the spray on sealer can't penetrate deep enough into the concrete.

Maybe try a paint on sealer and see if it works better and do multiple coats

I just spray it once. I use a interior/exterior Behr paint, with primer in it. Im going to try a better, paint on sealer, soon.
