yes hide it in the exact same place everyone hides it so no one will know where it is

look for small places like went openings
you can tape it under stairs on the lowest floor where no one can see it
fix it onto the back of a radiator
tape it under a flower pot
tape on (down, up, side) a (electric/gas) box if no one can see it on that place

I have my spare key in my basement partition. It's locked with a number lock and behind the main basement door (another key). If I forget my key inside the apartment, I ask a neighbor to open the basement for me, go to my partition, open it with the number and fetch the key.

Came to post this. I have mine in a ziplock bag inside my rear bumper. I did >>1648992 when I was apartmentfagging which as another anon said, is as secure as fuck. I went looking for stash spots, actually found someone elses key and decided if I could find one, so could others. Nope. Local park had a sandstone garden thing, boulders everywhere, found a spot up the back and stashed my spare. It's still there as far as I know.
