Plant a shit load of hardy grass pretty much. I don't think the soil is THAT bad. Letting some nature work with it would get rid of the contaminates. Well, considering they are a million dollars or more, buying them is the first step. Fueling them won't be all that bad. Hell, you can rig up a secondary propulsion system if you want. That way you can save on fuel. It can be anything from human/animal power turning big props to electric being made from wind/solar. you could even use waste fuels like methane from biogas generators which would give you methane and fertilizer.

Are you serious? They aren't 'wannabes', there are straight up nigger gangs all over Detroit. There are shootings daily, deaths daily, nigger fights all over. The only 'wannabes' are the sheltered kids in the rich neighborhoods that are protected by private police forces.

While police still exist in the city, their response times and usefulness is pretty low, as in a half hour before they show up, IF someone dies. You may not actually see a police officer to handle your complaint until the next day. There are already multiple private security forces in the streets of Detroit hired by entire neighborhoods. Add on top that due to shitty police force many residents are already taking up arms and practicing self defense, your 'defense force' idea is pretty damned pathetic. The citizens of Detroit don't need a bunch of kids from the internet to 'defend' their streets.

Anyone seriously trying to set up a 4chan 'city' in Detroit is likely to get killed before they get anywhere.
