To be a manual writer I qualified because I had different previous experiences of working in metal industrie ( welding, lathe operator, workshop assistent ) and my current employer has a wet spot for welding machines. So I was hired.

I think they mean the little picture in the top left. On old forums where you have a user account you often have a little user pic that identifies you, that's an avatar (in reference to a corporeal representation of a God on our lowly plane of existence). It says to keep the fire EXTINGUISHER near by to PREVENT fire, as in. That picture is a little ridiculous and well beyond what that little error deserves, at most it should get a chuckle and perhaps a fleeting thought as to if it also works as an elephant repellent.

the "Behold" was ridiculous enough to almost make the picture seem sensible, but I think that anon is just autistic enough to find it a real side splitting knee slapper.
