I've got a second-hand Kindle case, and it's got this sweet-ish smell on it that I can't seem to get rid of. I've tried rubbing ethyl alcohol, vinegar, lemons onto it, nothing works.
Any suggestions? I can't completely submerge it in anything though, since the case has electronics (LED light) in it.

Leave the smell, who cares. You?

Oh, and foot powder didn't work either.

Pro tip: rubbing feces on anything will mask the smell you're trying to get rid of.
