Is is possible to change the volume of and mp3/mp4 player with a computer, because the volume button got ripped off. Help

If you shitposted there like you did here, you shouldn't be surprised. You didn't tell us any useful information (like the way it is broken, whether or not it can be fixed, or if it has the ability to be controlled by computer).

Is it an Ipod? Those do have an RS232 port on them that can be used to set volume. Its what doc stations interface to. You'd need a computer with a serial port and a MAX232 to change the voltage level.
