looking for an easy tutorial on how to put a bed desk together that can support by desktop unit and can slide sideways so I can pull it/push it on/off the bed and I can lay down and play video game in bed like a fat piece of shit

mount your surface cantilever style onto a wheeled base so you can easily move/adjust it and its not directly attached to bed

it sounds comfy but the more relaxed you are the more tired and sluggish you will be
Sitting at a desk isn't too comfy but your energy levels are way higher because of it

A few years ago I did pretty much what you did and my entire house was neglected, I would just throw empty bottles randomy away from my bed and never get dressed or shave, didn't do the dishes ever, just kept using dirty plates or not using them at all

The more energy you output, the more you will have

i am suffering from this now.
spend my whole weekend off laying in bed, watching movies, surfing the internet and playing vidya
entire house is neglected. i have piles of shit gathering and growing all around my bed.
i can estimate if i keep this up i will have a hoarder-lazy-person nightmare house with piles of unsortable filth piled everywhere and only a trail cutting through the debris going from bedroom, to kitchen to bathroom
