Batteries would be the biggest hurdle the way I see it, hard to get proper rechargables in there and you don't want to be replacing button cells. Though I suppose a self-loathing machinist could make them in petrol over the course of 18 months or so

the three head trimmer would probably be the hardest, everything else either blows air or is a reciprocating set of teeth on a fixed set.

for the trimmer you could take a norelco head and drive it like a planetary set
