Hay /diy/ take a close look at this picture.
my question is: how many Watts do i need for the blacklight tube to achieve such a strong glow?

Ultraviolet led tape might be tricky/expensive but you can get RGB led tape on ebay for DIRT cheap. Like 16 bucks for a roll and a remote controller.
