Best spot welder under $300?

Also, post your own diy packs or other interesting packs.

Building a drift trike, then a motorcycle, and finally a 90's Miata.

Wanted an ev for over 15 years. Can finally do it now that I know how to manufacture my own packs from quality 18650 cells.
Cheap eBay fork lift motors.
Even DIY an entire 144v controller (minus control board which i will purchase.)

For maximum triggering I am using an old 4x4 S-10 or Blazer frame and automatic transmission for my electric Miata.

Honestly a 10 mile range with some hills at 55mph is all I really need and the 4x4 is just for "urban rock crawling" on random shit.

In short, I want a trollmobile.

This all sounds half-baked as shit.

Anyway...how thick are the tabs in question? I made a very successful tab welder out of a microwave transformer. Add some sort of spring loading mechanism to the electrodes if you can. It worked much better after I made one out of some HDPE scraps and some random springs.
