i want to make a cheap windscreen for my logic tech microphone
how would I go about doing so?

>> No.123167

pair of knickers stretched over a coathanger.

not going to lie, I thought that was a dildo

I once used a rag wrapped around the mike end, secured in place with a rubberband. It worked ok

>> No.123170

Glue a bit of felt/cotton/one of those foam thingies that are on ear buds on it

Foam block shaped however you like with a hole slot to insert the mic. Cotton balls. A wooly car seat belt pad slipped over it. Pretty much and thing foamy, wooly, or nappy will work.

Panty hose works well when stretched over a ring. You have it between you and the mic and it gets rid of the sharp B and P sounds of your voice that normally appear in recordings without that. I don't remember the tech term for that device.
