Someone was throwing away their alarm system and I took two motion sensors (NAPCO) and the siren. The motion sensors just have 4 wires, 12vdc in/out and a c/nc switch, so I use it with a Raspberry Pi for a custom alarm system

I found shit load of alarm systems (not cheap ones) in a dumpster and took them. Some of the stuff was still new in box and never open but was spare parts.

The metal case Im going to reuse in my house to hold a network switch and wiring, and another just for tv cabling.

I also got two power supplies/chargers with back up batteries for the systems.

Everything else is just wiring and pcbs that I might desolder some parts from.

Those boxes make excellent junction boxes as well.

Go see how much ud have to pay, it's extortion.
