Hey so this mechanisem is suoppse to close the door but it doesnt work anymore how do i fix it????

Unless it quit working because you changed the position of the arm, you can't 'fix' it.
It's a sealed unit with springs and fluids.
When it dies it's time to replace it.

If you didn't make any adjustments there is nothing to fix.
It's a hydraulic cylinder with a return spring.
The working 'fluid' is usually air.
The piston is moved against the spring when opening the door.
The spring pushes the piston back closing the door.
There are ports and valves controlling the air flow within the cylinder.
It may have a stripped gear or broken spring but where do you buy parts?
