sure. and I'm probably not the only one here who made all my nail guns, from pin nailer up to massive framer. of course that was a piece of cake after I made my air compressor starting with raw ore.

Lol anon. Nail guns are dangerous as fuck.

Been using these for decades. No offense but if you can't pony up the $200 for it you can't afford nails anyway. https://m.lowes.com/pd/Bostitch-3-25-in-28-Degree-Framing-Nailer/1000301545

Hitachi is top of the line when it comes to air nailers.
You can get away with an off brand, porter cable or bostitch.

This fucker knows what's up. I spent five years doing exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows, doors, additions, etc.) and the Hitachi's are straight up hard to kill. I bought my own in 2004, used it daily until 2009. Other than a quick connect fitting and new o-rings, it's had zero maintenance other than brake cleaner once a week to knock down the high spots.

Sheet goods on sticks. Airguns are fine and cheaper to run.

We got those as well as rimfire blank guns but they are generally reserved for concrete

I like hitachi or bostitch depending on the type of gun.

Ew.

Production. We use a lot of nails and air is faster and more efficient.
