Put the plastic in an aluminum pot filled with laundry bleach. Add 3oz of Windex. This will break down the plastics to get you started.

Not really, it would probably make the problem worse.

Make sure you stir it vigorously.

You can buy a whole plant from china for 40k + shipping, they will even set it up for you for a few extra k.

But I don't have enough cash for that right now. These things really are quite simple so I've been piecing one together on the cheap.

My plan is to convert a barrel from a cement truck. All the real ones ues large rotating drums but most of them require the drum to cool and send workers into scrape out what's left and reload it by hand each batch. I think the cement truck could prolly load and unload in a partially automatic fashion.

Also working on my tire shredder design, been watch the shredder tv show on discovery to steal design ideas. I have a cnc plasma and mills and lathes in my shop this is just my pet project but it's nothing that will be done in the next few months.

Most of them use all your propane and butane and methane produced to heat the drum in a combustion process under the drum which makes it impossible to adequately insulate. I plan on siphoning off the gasses into a generator and have a very well insulated drum with electric heating. I think even with the efficiency loss from the generator I would still come out ahead and hope to be able to harvest the butane and propane.

There are refiners 30 miles from me and I know someone who works at one, he does not think they would have a problem buying my product, pyrolysis oils are supposed to be quite a bit better than the local curdes.

A few of the tires in our state are used to cook cement but most are shipped out of state, the prices for used tires are actually negative they will drop them off at your place for free or pay you to pick them up.

The japanese use plasma from microwaves instead of traditional heat.

All these folks don't know shit despite being full of it.

Pyrolysis is a clean non combustive process. And there are places near me that actually burn tires directly for fuel...
