I am looking to build an underground grow room.

Anything I should know about building underground ?
Concrete will be used as a base, what can I make walls of ? I know pouring concrete in layers doesnt work as the layers don't bond. How do I get around this ? Will cinderblocks that are filled with concrete work ? Providing they are properly layed ?
Prefferable area would be the size of a 25m swimming pool. Depth of 10ft.

Also I wish to build a shed on top of the grow room, to provide cover and what not, so the "Roof" of the underground part would Ideally be able to bear some weight. Any tips ?
I have power/lighting/water all worked out already.

Actually did a degree in biology and chemistry before I decided it was worthless and did my MBA.
So yeah I have heard of GMO's, is there a big issue about them in the US right now ?

The issue is that Monsanto has a patent on some GMO crops, and raids farms if they think someone is growing something with their genetic modifications.

Sometimes they are because of cross pollination, or because a seed fell off a truck and landed in their field. Then they get sued and their life destroyed.

a guy there called leepy or Leppy did a great underground in or rather under his garage in the uk, if I remember correctly he basically dug out a large area and installed a wooden shed as a sort of form, pouring reinforced concrete all around it, worked very well and is still standing and even a police search of his property didn't find it.

Cut and cover, OP. Build your underground room just as you would a foundation for a house, because that's exactly what this is going to be like. Dig out the area you want, then use those lego-style concrete molds maybe. There are many techniques for foundation-building, read up on it. Then just build a floor over it as you would a normal floor. I'm guessing this grow room is going to be bigger than the shed you're building over it, yes? Perhaps then seal your floor to keep it water-resistant, and cover it with dirt and plant a nice big garden (of less-risky plants) on the parts that aren't covered by the shed. Inside your shed, I suppose you'd have a secret trapdoor leading down, and you should build a false wall to conceal the ventilation ducts that will pass up to the roof of the shed.
