>Medical/rubber gloves
>2 dish sponges, preferably somewhat large, but not too large
>Unwanted socks/cloth

DO IT:
>Stick the cloth/socks in the can about halfway up
>Put both sponges in the can against each other
>Take the glove and wrap it around the top of can, sticking the rest inside between the sponges
>lube it up

You can also use a paper cup with smaller sponges if you want it really, really tight or you have a smaller dick
