I regularly enjoy enemas. Simple. Buy a 5 dollar water-bottle kit with enema and douche nozzles (enema nozzle is the smaller one with one hole. Douche one is rounded and has multiple holes/slots in the sides.). Sit on toilet. Fill water bottle with WARM water, attach cork, hose and nozzle, lean forward, insert nozzle into rectum 1" - 2", hold water bottle about shoulder height with one hand and keep nozzle in place with other. Butt fills up with warm water, take as much as you can until you feel like you have to poo. Pull nozzle out, hold in water for as long as you can, then let loose the flood gates. Don't forget to clean your 'equipment' when done.

I often do it again just to be sure its all out.

If looking suspicious is the problem, at least with a normal water bottle kit like that you have the excuse of using the water bottle for pain. Alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream faster through the anus than through the mouth/stomach/small intestines.

This results in a "spike" in blood alcohol that gets you drunker, but it can be intense enough to cause alcohol poisoning and kill you.
