You need to eat beef, butter and eggs.
These are the most nutrient-dense foods available. If your diet is mostly protein and animal fats, you won't become hungry even after a day of not eating because you have all the nutrients you need to live.
Then you'll start feeling like you're actually able to burn the fat on you. Just hope it's not all polyunsaturated shit because that's literally not available as energy and can't be lost by burning it off.
