January; Nikolai Tesla
February; Red Green
March; Tim and Al (from Home Improvement)
April; Leonardo da Vinci
May; Doc Brown
June; Professor Farnsworth (from Futurama) and Professor Frink (from The Simpsons)
July; Dexter (from Dexter's Laboratory), Double Dee (from Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy) and Jimmy Neutron (from The Adventures of )
August; MacGyver
September;
October;
November; Adam and Jamie (from Mythbusters)
December; Doctor Victor von Frankenstein, who brings the board back to life for a new year every December 31st

What say you, my fellow /diy/nosaurs? We still need two for September/October, I'd rather not split up the others if we don't have to.

I see where you guys are coming from, but I don't really agree with you. By honoring scientists and inventors from history and popular culture in the /diy/ pantheon, we would be showing our aspirations to be as successful, innovative and creative in our pursuits as they were in theirs. While I agree a mascot of some sort would be more appropriate to show around on other boards or whatever, I don't think that it's out of place to show our appreciation for them like this.

Switch Marie to the month she dies in and her radioactive ghost can haunt the board, and Walter to September

In the show Walter comes from, there are "observers" that observe disastrous events that are tearing the universe apart, one of them is named September, so I think it's fitting. It could be something like when Walter shows up to the board the observers follow him, and they observe how the board is doing, or some shit

But seriously, people will not care about all these historic figures and will forget about it. The only way to make something more permanent will be making a charismatic mascot. It will be drawn in anime or cartoon style depending on the artist but the important thing is to make it interesting. /x/tan is loved and drawn by many people, even by people that never goes to /x/ because she is original and interesting. You gotta make something that will bring the attention of people outside the board.

Your lucky I save all the 4chan webpages I find interesting.

I said I would write smutfic of /co/ and /ck/ welcoming their new neighbor, /diy/. So I did. Forewarned, this is kind of lengthy.
---
"No, no, we couldn't just go over there without something for them!" /ck/ said, cutting her tray of raspberry fudge brownies carefully, only occasionally looking up from them to meet eyes with /co/.

"Look, it just seems kind of rude to me to be sitting here while they moved all their stuff in - I mean, even if they did do it insanely fast, I never even saw them..."

"Well, to me, it seems rude to go over there without anything to welcome them to the neighborhood with. And we never saw them come in, because we were downtown the whole time at your fa-vo-rite store."

"Look, I have a lot of opinions on Ultimatum, and I'm not going to apologize for that."

/ck/ rolled her eyes, cutting up the last piece, taking in one deep whiff of the goods, then sighing out with approval. "Alright, now we can go welcome them."

And so they did, knocking at the door, standing, waiting, /ck/'s grip holding firm onto the tray of desserts, /co/ rocking on his feet and waiting for /diy/ to answer the door.

There was no reply yet.

"Maybe they're out?" /co/ said, head turned to face /ck/.

"No way. They're right here, they just... can't hear us."

They held a gaze at each other, then shrugged at the same time. /co/ knocked again, to no avail.

A 2 minute pause. Knocked again. Nothing.

"Welp." /co/ spoke simply, turning on his feet, ready to wait until they were both sure that their new neighbor was here, /ck/ ready to slap him on the shoulder and to stay right here, they'll be out soon -

Then the garage door lifted up, and out of it stepped a tall man, rubbing his hands into an oil rag, his work shirt covered in stains, sweat running from his brow and cheeks. He took two deep breaths as he smiled to his guests, getting himself back up to speed. "Hey! Sorry I left you waiting, it's hard to hear anything in there. At least when I get lost in working, anyway."

/co/'s eyes were drawn his arms, aged, toned, and tanned from what looked to be years of work, having a gleam of their own sweat as well. If his shirt had been tight enough, /co/'s eyes would've drifted down to his stomach from there. Fortunately, he could fake looking into the man's eyes decently from this point.

/ck/'s eyes, however, went straight for his face, his hair short and dark black, stubble on his cheeks and chin. And friendly, warm eyes, all too welcoming to the two of them.

/co/ and /ck/ then bit their lips at the same time.

"/diy/, pleasure to meet you...?" He asked, walking up.

"Oh, I'm /ck/ -"

"And I'm /co/. Nice to meet you too, man." They chimed in, one after the other, both of them smiling back to him. /co/ putting his hands in his coat's pocket, trying to get back to being relaxed. /ck/ just got a tighter grip on her tray.

"Well, let me let you in, then, and give you the grand tour. After I have a quick wash, and change up." He gave a small laugh, twisting the door open, revealing a home stacked with hand built projects, more and more making themselves known to /ck/ and /co/ the farther they walked in, while /diy/ excused himself to the shower.

"Make yourselves at home!" He let out, kind as could be, and walked off and up the stairs.

Just the shelving alone made /co/ feel weak about his Ikea bought bookshelves stacked with Spider-Man, Jonah Hex, and so on. /ck/'s eyes were naturally turned to the kitchen, herself filling with want of all the equipment he /diy/ had in there.

"We're going to come over here often." She said, admiring a handbuilt knifeblock.

"Agreed." /co/ said, wanting to explore more, and feeling himself get a little fidgety. "Listen, I think I'm gonna check what he's got upstairs. Maybe if I spot some comics, I can get him something so your brownies aren't doing all the work."

"Yes yes, go on, and talk him into making us some...thing, if you can. I don't know what yet, but whatever it is, I want it."

/co/ nodded, whistled, and then trudged up the stairs, tilting his head towards the sounds of the shower in the bathroom, but forcing himself to keep on track as he walked into /diy/'s bedroom, which had its own sense of organization. Which is to say it was a little messy, but one couldn't be bothered to care.

/co/ spotted another bookshelf, which he scanned eagerly. Lots of instructional and maintenance and otherwise technical books, unsurprisingly. His fingers ran across the spines, until he ran into a curious thing.

A few slim collections of comics, yes. But the sides, and the cover, didn't look like the official product from any of the companies they were published by. The cover was completely different, as was the back. No stupid review samples from Ain't It Cool News and nothing on the back that tried to get people picking the thing up on a whim to get hyped for it. And no barcode.

"If you haven't figured it out yet, I made that myself." /diy/ stated, standing in the doorway, a little water dripping from his hair, and fresh clothes sticking to his still mildly wet body.

"Seriously?" /co/ replied, looking back up to him, envious of the product.

"Yeah. I did some reading on bookbinding and, well, I figured I'd give it a crack myself. Turned out alright, if you ask me."

"Shit, yeah. Christ, I'd love to do this with some of my collections of floppies."

"I could show you how sometime, if you want." /diy/ offered, still smiling, calm and easy.

"Oh man, yes. Please!" /co/ smiled back - his eyes darting not so briefly to /diy/'s stomach, feigning it as looking at the comic again - then back up.

/diy/ gave a chuckle, then walked forward, bridging the gap between them.

"You eying me, man?"

"Uh." /co/ responded elegantly.

"Because to be honest, I don't mind, but I think your girl might."

/co/ opened his mouth, tried to find something to say, then closed it. Opened it again. Closed it again.

Then, finally:

"You're hot." /co/ stated flat out, finding it best to not beat around the bush.

"Thank you, I'm flattered!" /diy/ said with a sweet tone, juxtaposed with a bit of gruffness of experience to his voice. "But seriously, your girl -"

"Doesn't mind at all." /ck/ cut in, now being the new person standing in the doorway, with a bright, if mischevious grin. "Brownie?" She offered, lifting the pan upwards.

"I'd love one!" /diy/ turned away from the harder breathing, heart beating, fingers twitching /co/, who now had /diy/'s entire backside to admire. Which actually didn't last as long as he thought it would, as both he and /ck/ were now focused on /diy/ eating the brownie. Swallowing the last bites of it, giving a satisfied, long sigh, his eyes closed and temporarily losing himself into just the taste of the fudge and raspberry.

Wiping a few loose bits from his mouth, and licking, sucking the rest off his fingers.

He did not twirl his tongue around his thumb, and then give another, longer suck, as his half-lidded eyes gave a seductive look towards the both of them, but /ck/ imagined he did.

When /diy/ did open his eyes, he was beholden to both of his new guests blatantly staring at him. He took a moment, then his shoulders shook with his laughter.

"So, are we gonna do something, or...?"

"Can we?" /co/ asked.

"I don't see why not, if we all feel like it." /diy/ shrugged, keeping things casual, which felt right to him. Ease the tension out of the room.

After a beat, /co/ promptly walked up, set his hands onto /diy/'s back, and kissed him, tasting the remnants of that raspberry and chocolate on his tongue, encouraging him to only kiss deeper, giving a shudder as he pressed his lips harder. /diy/ felt flattered once more, and thought it only right to kiss back, kiss deeper, locking tongues with him, and using his broad, powerful hands to pull /co/ in against his chest.

/ck/ wasn't interested in being kept waiting or left out, so she walked up to /diy/'s back, hands settling on his hips, giving him a bit of a tug. "C'mon, share some sugar. /co/, don't hog him to yourself." /co/ pouted playfully at her as /diy/ broke the kiss, who simply grinned at /ck/, rather enjoying the fact that his newest neighbors both wanted him so openly. It did wonders for a man's ego. So he paid her in kind, and kissed her as well, letting her taste-test her confections as well, /ck/ melting a little while he held her tight, moaning into his mouth. /co/ took the opportunity to play grabass with one hand, and to grope /diy/'s abs with the other, teasingly sinking lower, and lower still.

It wasn't long before belts were being unfastened, pants undone, and one skirt being pulled low. /ck/ wore blue panties with a picture of a cupcake on the front, /co/ had superman boxers, and /diy/ freeballed. Positions switched around one way and then another as they all shared their lust and physical eagerness with each other, with /co/ eventually being sandwiched inbetween /diy/ and /ck/. Kissing his girl and undoing her shirt, while /diy/ undid /co/'s shirt and bit his ear, breathing into it hotly. And /ck/ kissed /co/ back while fondling /diy/'s cock, growing hard in her hand.

Sweat began to form from the movement and the meshing of their body heat, every one of them grinding up against each other as they kissed and grabbed and groped, wanting more and more still with each fresh touch. /co/ reaching into /ck/'s panties, his thumb circling and gently rubbing her clit, a finger pushing inside of her slowly. Watching her face grow red, letting out a long, shuddering, quiet moan. /diy/'s hand sunk into /co/'s boxers, giving his cock a squeeze and feeling rather pleased with the response he got.

"HANH! C-christ, /diy/, slow down..." He gasped out, mouth open, which /ck/ took advantage of to suck on his tongue and kiss him again. /co/'s cock getting harder, and with a buck of /diy/'s hips, pressed hard up against /ck/, who pressed herself against /co/ in turn, grinding herself against him, making /co/ more than a bit overstimulated.

"Not a chance." /diy/ said with a dark, amused voice, tugged at /co/'s cock again, then started to work off his boxers. The three of them were all getting more than a little impatient for more, and he knew it. So, he figured, he might as well be the enabler here. He bucked up against him again, pressing his cock against /co/'s ass, while /ck/'s fingers were wrapped around it, making him fully hard. /co/ was just as hard now, needing more, kissing at /ck/'s neck and fingering her faster now, making /ck/ lose a bit of her sense of balance. Now her moans were turned a bit more high pitched, feverish and sharp. Hissing through her teeth, working up enough focus to speak coherently.

"Okay -MNNH! - that's...hhh, that's it. Let's just do it. /diy/, do you have any lube?"

"Pfft, just about as much lube as I do have duct tape!"

And that is how it came to be that /ck/ was pressed up against the wall, panties hanging off of /diy/'s bed, /co/ pushed up against her, and /diy/ pushing up against him. /co/ gritting his teeth as /diy/ worked a finger inside of him, stretching him out, wanting to make this as comfortable as possible for him. Just as his neighbors welcomed him in, he wanted to be just as kind, now that they were fucking each other.

"Ready?" He asked /co/, who nodded his head, looking back towards him before looking back to /ck/.

>> No.26010 [DELETED]

>>26004
"Hey, me first. One at a time, mister." /ck/ spoke up, then grabbed ahold of /co/'s back.

"Alright, hon, as you wish..." /co/ chuckled, then took a deep breath, beginning to push himself inside of her, slow and steady. /ck/ gave out a low, pleasant "Mmmmm...", and squeezed /co/'s back - and his ass - to show her approval. Once he was all the way inside, she looked back to /diy/.

"Alright, now you can have your turn."

And /diy/ gladly took it, matching the speed /co/ took in pressing inside of /ck/ in how he pushed into his ass. He was all too delighted to hear /co/ give off little pants and grunts of pleasure as /diy/ buried himself inside of him. They all stayed where they were for a moment, before /ck/ piped up.

"Everybody ready?"

/co/ and /diy/ nodded in unison.

"Then let's fuck already!" /ck/ shot out, showcasing one of her more rarely seen sides.

And they did, soft, careful at first, but only getting harder as they got used to the rhythym of it all. /diy/ liked to take long, powerful thrusts, setting the pace for the rest of them as he'd pull out slowly, then slam his cock deep into /co/, who squeaked cutely the first - and the second, and third - time it happened, his eyes wide and his voice a little high. This in turn would make him pump into /ck/ all the harder, her body twisting, fingers digging into /co/'s back, wanting to take him in deeper, to encourage him to go with it all. She'd moan out, sometimes her tongue hanging over her lips, /co/ burying his head under her chin when he thrusted inside, the two of them using each other for balance, as /diy/ kept fucking /co/. One hand grabbing his shoulder hard, another digging into his hips.

"Harder." /ck/ whispered into /co/'s ear, who also felt her sentiment, and passed it along to /diy/.

"Harder." He spoke to him, catching his breath inbetween thrusts.

So harder they all went.

The problem is that most of the tans are girls so I think /diy/ would be better as a guy, it also match with that kind of guy who tries to fix everything by himself. It's actually really good, although the only 2 things I would change a little is that February shouldn't just be science oriented, but electricity oriented. And september should encourage /diy/'ers to think outside the box and innovation, try making things in areas that few have ventured into (aka fringe science)
