My toilet has a really weak flush, my ladlord told me the pipes are really small and need to be cleared out every few years, and told me to try a plunger.
Should I get a normal plunger like pic related, or try a toilet auger?

Ask him when the plumber is coming.

He asked me to raise the rent by 200 a month and I told him to fuck off, so now I basically have no more contact with him.

Just keep flushin bro. Doubt you pay water, let that shit fully plug up and then it's a bigger problem for your landie

Yeah but every morning I take a shit I have to push it down with the toilet brush, and it's getting weird telling my guests to do the same

Your landie has to fix it. Submit a certified mail letter to him telling him to fix the problem. If he does not after 14 days or whatever, you have legal options depending on your state.
I think you could hire someone and withhold that amount rent or some shit. Idk, I read about it awhile ago.

anyway, fuck landlords and fuck /ck/ jannies

Why do you think I'm lying? I just want to know what fucking plunger to get to minimise the risk of destroying my toilet or wasting my money.

Because you start threads like this every day and you suck at doing them.

nah mate the water in the cistern dumping results in the flush. in the cistern there should be a float which stops the cistern filling up. raise the float up as high as it will go and there will be a greater volume of water to dump out and flush them poo poo's away.

Flushing a lot of vegetable oil down the toilet might help. Especially if it's cold out.

And by help I mean help force your landlord to fix his shit.
