I saw another knitting thread here, so I'll risk making a new one.

I've started knitting a pair of socks (these ones: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEff11/PATTlingerie.php)) but there is one stitch I just can't understand. Here is the description:
Wrapped yarn-over stitch, purled:
"With yarn in back, slip the next stitch as if to purl through the back loop (twisted). Insert the right needle through the yarn-over in the row below, from the front to the back, and pull through a stitch. With the left needle, pass the slipped stitch over the new stitch."

Tried googling/youtubing without any luck. Can anybody help me? Pic related, the sock.

My main problem is identifying the yarn-over stitch. There is a stitch in between this impossible explanation and the yarn-over. I'll illustrate to explain better. Say o is a yarnover, x is a normal stitch and i is the impossible stitch. Then it would look like this:

i
x
o

Should I just grasp whatever i can find down there that resembles a yarnover? But it says to pull through a stitch. I don't even.

Wish I could help but it has been so long since I knitted that I'm not even sure I could do even the most basic stitch anymore. So, moral support, I guess. Good luck!
