How to make a dunk tank where you can sit on the plank thing but once you fall from the plank or someone hits the target dropping it and you are in the water you are stuck in the water until somebody outside the dunk tank let’s you out? Being in the water for a few seconds just doesn’t sound like enough. Preferably see through. So maybe like pic related except deeper? Just a dunk tank like the others except the loser is stuck there inside until the winner or somebody on the outside has lets them out.

Inb4 drowning it can include a life preserver or those blow up arm worn floatation things. They should be stuck in the tank until the winner lets them out 3 seconds in the water is nothing.

Have them sit on a sort of lid that springs back to closed, like in a trash bin. You can't open it upwards unless you remove a latch or something.

Just for safety I'd ensure there's an air pocket big enough for someone to breathe.
